i didn’t feel it, but perhaps that is because my husband was in the kitchen banging pots and pans together at 5:30 this morning.

no cold foods
no wheat
no processed foods
no acidic fruits (i’m sad)
no sugar
no dairy (obviously)
no acidic vegetables
no tofu
no millet
yes olive oil
yes hot tea
yes fatty fish (a little change for now)
yes root vegetables
yes “pungent” vegetables (fennel… my favorite)
yes garbanzo beans and black beans
yes hot fruits, molasses and rice syrup for sweets
i'm off to get stuck with 15-20 needles.
the accupuncture resolution is surprisingly relaxing. i just hope it helps the asthma that is creeping back into my life.

so delicious coconut milk yogurt is my new favorite…i have been missing yogurt so much, and i refuse to eat icky, chemical-tasting soy yogurt. yay!
